Cognisant Associates is made up of a team of seasoned individuals who are experienced within their selected industry and specialists fields. They have worked within these industries for many years, where they gained personal experience of operational issues, enabling them to bring intimate knowledge and invaluable expertise to the table.

Our associates can relate to your operational needs, empathise with your employees and fully understand the daily pressures which your “Senior Management Team” is facing. All of our partners have worked in large multi-nationals as well as growing their own SME businesses and face exactly the same daily competitive, product, marketing and operational challenges that you are likely to face.

We aim to build individual and long-term relationships with our clients. This includes following their progress closely and keeping in regular contact even after our assignment has come to an end. Managing Partner: Ali Zartash-Lloyd

Until January 2006, Ali Zartash-Lloyd performed the role of European Sales, Marketing and Services Director for Samsung Business Communications. In this role he managed geographically-dispersed operations in the UK and Europe, revolutionising the UK operation whilst also delivering significant sales growth throughout the European Union.

Ali’s experience of business re-engineering was gained during his leadership roles at both Samsung and Avaya Inc. In these roles he was responsible for putting together the strategies for a range of planned changes within his business units. Within both organisations he was also responsible for managing the implementation of a fundamental re-engineering of operations, human resources, skill base, product portfolio and routes-to-market.

Ali is a business graduate from Leicester University, with a number of post-graduate credits to his name including an MBA. He was a member of Institute of Directors (IoD) whilst living in the UK and acts as a ‘wise owl’ to a number of companies in a non-executive capacity.

Associate: Gill Taylor

With 19 years experience in both client-side and agency roles, Gill is ideally placed to provide a range of services to Cognisant Associates’ clients. She has worked in a wide range of industries but specialises in the technology sector, having spend four years as Head of Channel Marketing at Lucent Technologies Enterprise Networks, and subsequently Avaya Inc.

Gill works with us to provide marketing audits and marketing planning for variety of SME businesses including leading Technology Resellers. She is also a skilled copywriter with excellent working partnership with our website optimizers.

Associate: Emilie Broudy-Masson

Emilie is a French national and a professional translator that provides our clients accurate translations from English or Spanish to French, which is her native language.

Emilie is a member of the "Société Française de Traducteurs" (the French Translators Association) and a graduate from Strasbourg University with professional trainings in PR-Communication. Emilie’s professional experience includes Customer Service Administrator for a Scotch whisky company and PR-Communication Manager for 5 years as an Officer in the French Army where writing documents for publishing was part of her daily work. Emilie has perfected her language skills by living and working in the UK and Spain for many years, enabling her to reflect the subtleties and nuances of English and Spanish languages in her French translations.
