We then get a clear understanding of your business, sales process, and product grouping, which will enable us to design a logical navigation plan.
After setting out the navigation plan together with an agreed content, we then set about drafting the first cut of the design. Although the aesthetics of the website are an important factor in their success, it is the logical navigation and rich content that make the real difference. We see many exciting and beautifully designed websites that do not generate any traffic or business, simply because 100% of the time and effort has been spent in “beautifying” the site rather than considering user's needs and visitor’s behaviour.
